Introduction
We kick off Frightober 2026 with Bram Stoker’s Dracula Episode 1. Similar to Frankenstein last year, I come into the book with knowledge of the subject but never having read the source material. Also similar to Frankenstein, it surprised me how well rounded and deep the story is. It feels cliche to read now, but if you think about it in the context of the time, both novels are truly ground breaking. I tried a little bit of a different style this time. I hope you enjoy it. Come back in a week for Episode 2.
Give it a listen and let me know what you think. What did I do right? What can be improved? I want to make this work and take constructive criticism well. With no additional delay, download and listen to Bram Stoker’s Dracula Episode 1. I can’t wait to hear what you think.
