August was supposed to celebrate the release of the new Dragonlance novel, War Wizard. Instead, I give you The Girl with the Dragon Tattoo Episode 3. This one comes a little bit late because we went on our annual Cape Cod trip this year. Only four days, but it was a fun four days and we had the entire family down there for once. This part of the book builds on Blomkvist doing some research and interviews to try to find something on the Harriet case. Meanwhile, Salander gets assaulted by her advocate an plots to try to take him down. Note: Be careful if you listen past the end song. I included my terrible first recording just for fun, but it is bad and there’s some audio torture in there if you are brave.
Regarding War Wizard: I ordered the book and it’s supposed to arrive in 4-10 days. If it comes in time, I will release it this month. Otherwise, it will get pushed to September along with the rest of this book. I can’t promise that I’ll actually finish both of them, but I can push Dune back and take November to finish things up, too. August is tough because we’re squeezing in the last of summer before the big return to school.
